The company has a long and glorious past as it continues the business operations of Waasan Vanne. Waasan Vanne was established in year 1934 and the operations consisted of development and production of mudguards, carriers and rims for the bicycle industry.

The production is developed and optimised throughout the years with technology and automation without reducing our customer flexibility. This is a continuous development process. During the 1990s, as the production was expanded to cover profiled products, the company invested in automatic sheet metal profiling lines. These lines profile products for electrical, cable, furnishing and building industries.

PROCONS/Waasan Vanne is an internationally well-known and successful brand and the company is the only producer of bicycle components in the Nordic countries in this scale.
