PROFILING

Profiled Products

The profiling of products for the electro technical industry, building industry and furnishing industry is an expanding business area. For these purposes, we have automated profiling lines with rollers. The profiling lines are equipped with sheeting-panel formworks, which shorten the set-up time. Profiled products are e.g. cable rails, low voltage rails and data cable rails. Many of these products are developed in close co-operation with our customers to achieve optimum product quality and production.

The profiling of sheet metal is carried out on production lines that cover die-cutting, roll forming measuring and cutting in the same line. Thus, all measures are customer specific.

Subcontracting has won increasing importance as we want to fulfil the industry requirements that are set to a system supplier. One precondition is, of course, that at least part of the product include profiling which can be done with our machinery. As examples of subcontracted products could be mentioned e.g. exercise cycle magnet brakes and ventilator magnet rings.

Our high competence in roll forming gives us unique possibilities to deliver customer-oriented products to customers’ specifications.

Profiling includes everything "from sheet metal into a ready product". Our different profiling lines meet the requirtements of various profiling needs.

Measures of raw material used vary product by product and based on the profile. Raw material can be plastic coated, zinc coated or galvanised, painted or stainless steel.
