Quality Policy

Procons Ab shall be perceived as a skilled, efficient and reliable partner. Our general goal is to fulfill given requirements, needs and expectations regarding quality and delivery reliability.

 

The management has the final responsibility for maintaining the quality policy and shall work to ensure that:

  • Initiatives within quality maintaining and developing are encouraged.
  • Each employee gets information and education needed to perform their work tasks.
  • Co-operation with customers, suppliers and co-workers shall be uncomplicated and pleasant.

 

Each co-worker is responsible for that the goals of the quality policy are met in such a way as:

  • Each person strives to prevent occurrence of errors.
  • Each person works for good housekeeping at the work place.
  • Each person works actively for constant improvements.

Enviromental Policy

Procons Ab should be perceived as a responsible, efficient and reliable operator in having our environment in mind. We have the following points to constantly improve our environmental work and to prevent environmental deviations:

  • Technical solutions that reduce energy consumption and burden on the environment are taken into account in the daily work.
  • The use of raw material is optimized to minimize waste.
  • Environmental laws should be followed.
  • Packing material should be reused as far as possible.
