Procons Oy Ab is a company specialising in profiled products and subcontracting. Current market segments are mainly mining, logistics, construction and interior. We excel at meeting strict demands for flexibility, quality and quick delivery times.

 

We have a highly skilled workforce, many with more than twenty years experience. This, in combination with ongoing training, vouches for excellent craftsmanship and products. We are a reliable and long-term partner for our customers. Number of employees is 14.

History

The foundations for what would eventually become Procons Oy Ab were laid way back in 1934. The business then comprised of developing and manufacturing mudguards, luggage carriers and rims for the bicycle industry. Over the years the company has utilised technology and automation to develop the production, a process that still takes place to this day. During the 1990s production shifted to profiled products, which led to the acquisition of automated profiling production lines for thin sheet metal.

Sheet metal products

Cold roll-forming, also known as cold rolling, is a precise and efficient manufacturing method for sheet metal products and profiles. We manufacture open sections of various lengths according to the customer’s drawings.

Structural steel beams

Structural steel beams

We employ the roll-forming method to manufacture steel beams from 1–4 mm thick sheet steel with C, U, Z and Sigma profiles, for example, for loadbearing structures.

Lightweight purlins

Lightweight purlins

Our standard range includes lightweight purlins made from hot-dip galvanised steel in Z, U, C and Sigma profiles. We also manufacture custom-made lightweight purlins and thermo purlins.
